One of my favorite parts of the cleanse was coming up with interesting smoothies to enjoy. I try to resist eating the same thing at every meal, so I tended to stick to one berry based smoothie and one a bit more tropical.
This version is mango, pineapple and kiwi and it was delicious!!!
- 1 pack cleanse powder
- 1/3 cup mango
- 1/3 cup pineapple
- 1 kiwi (I used a golden yellow)
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with any remaining fruit as well as chia or hemp seeds.
Another great topping is bee pollen, especially good when your allergies are acting up.
