WINTER SOLSTICE RECIPE: Blueberry Acai Third Eye Smoothie
There's something about the stillness of Winter combined with the warming frenzy of the holiday cheer that makes everyone hopeful for the future. Part of Winter Solstice energy is about nourishing the self and letting go of what no longer serves while planting new seeds for the coming Spring.
This creamy smoothie, made with delicious blueish-violet hued fruits, embodies that energy of inner wisdom and movement. This smoothie is particularly nourishing for the upper chakras which are all in need of attention during this season. With the addition of the Mindful Health Cleanse packet, this smoothie helps us fortify our brain health while releasing toxins and free radicals.

Makes 1 smoothie
- 1 packet Mindful Health Cleanse
- ¼ Blueberries
- ½ cup Dairy free milk of choice - almond, coconut etc
- ¼ Avocado
- 1 tsp Chia
- 1 tbsp Raw Almonds
- ½ Banana
- 2 tbsp Coconut/almond/cashew butter
- 2 tsp Acai powder (can also use frozen unsweetened acai in place of this and ice)
- 2 dates
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
