Although, the cleanse is one of the most gentle and there are situations where our bodies could use a deeper cleanse, we recommend you come in for a session to be sure that cleansing for extended periods of time is what you need. For most clients, the reason they like to stick with the cleanse is because the results are so stellar and the 2 shake a day w/ a real meal + snacks format is so easy to stick to. For the busy individual, it’s really an ideal way to stay on track. Try to keep the lines of communication open with your fellow cleansers and support each other once you’ve finished cleansing. Create healthy dinners, go to group detox treatments together, but most of all, get creative!
6. Sign up for a health-supportive food initiative like a food co-op, neighborhood garden or even Thrive Market! Set your self up for success. It also helps to plan out when your next cleanse will be!
