Hey friends! Its Lauren Unger from Hint of Greens back and here to share one of my favorite recipes from the cleanse.
Nothing says summer to me more then some fresh avocado! While following the cleanse program I made to sure to have sliced veggies handy for snacking needs.
Of course I wanted that dip to have avocado, but I was also looking for an extra boost of vegetables, so I thought why not add spinach to my dip?!
With healthy fats and over 20 nutrients from the avocado alone, not to mention the fiber and multitude of vitamins from the spinach, this dip is one super food snack.
It is great for a boost of vitamin A and vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium and even iron! It’s perfect for a mid-day snack with vegetables, or try it on a sandwich or lettuce wrap. This is also a great dip to make when you have friends coming over. They will be impressed by your savvy kitchen skills.
