As a result, all of our holistic nutrition programs are individualized. At Mindful Health, we don’t believe in diets, but instead believe in teaching you to how to listen to your body’s needs with mindful eating habits. No two programs are alike and we work with you to help you reach your goals.
What’s in a Holistic nutrition session?
Your first session is an assessment of your current dietary patterns in our NYC office. Here, Nicole will discuss how to make gradual shifts toward more healing and goal-supportive habits. You'll leave with a customized mindful eating plan designed to correct the body naturally.
After your initial session, you may continue with any of the following nutrition plans customized to suit your body’s needs.
