FEEL WHOLE AGAIN
Mindful Health™ is a holistic health company in New York City founded by Nicole Glassman. Our strong foundation in holistic medicine, emotional healing and natural lifestyle support helps our clients to heal, feel, and develop a more intuitive understanding of their bodies. We offer a variety of health services, cleanses, and retreats that are fully customizable to suit individual needs.
We believe there is typically more to the healing process than assessing one factor of health. Many ailments are rooted in emotional, environmental, and nutritional imbalances. Our aim is to create balance to introduce a better, all-natural wellness program that specializes in detoxifying the body, empowering the mind and healing the soul.

Summer is approaching and more and more people are signing up for poison. Yes poison. They say that they only do this a few times a year, they can't live without it... etc etc. But a few times per year is too much, and that is really all it takes to inhale the toxins and suffer the consequences.
Do you need to cleanse? This is probably the most common question I am asked in office. Should I cleanse? Just how toxic am I? Everyone wants to put their toe in the water and try a “detox” of some sort but they aren’t sure where to begin. If you live a “normal” lifestyle, chances are you probably could benefit from a little toxic release. But the how you choose to do this is very individualized.
